When visiting the Breuninger branch, we sometimes go to the confectionery on the ground floor. Lately you no longer get decaffeinated coffee ?! Ultra-hot cream (H cream) is obtained as fresh cream. Very weak! Staff very friendly and courteous.

I love the Breuninger confectionery! The macarons are a dream - especially the “Breuni Bear”. The tartlets are also always worth a visit. Long waiting times are rare (maybe on Saturdays ...). In summer you can sit comfortably on the Hofgarten promenade with an iced coffee during the shopping break. Clear recommendation!

Very bad service. Wait more than 30 minutes to order drinks, then wait another 20 minutes to get the drinks delivered and then not be able to pay because the service staff is no longer visible. That annoys the customer. Here I never go for a drink again !!!
